  • 21-27 Pine Rd Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs
Big pot hole in raod heading towards Grand. Ave. from Washington St. Pot Hole is on Southbound side of road just after or near Pinhurst Drive just outside of the Pine Grove Camp. There is little to no lighting on this road so the pot hole may not be very visible. It could cause a serious accident if not repaired quickly.
  • 2 1/2 Congress Ave Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs
This pot hole is so deep it goes through multiple layers of the roadway. Use cauttion when driving on Congress Ave. towards Ballston Ave. Pot hole is @#$% a few yards before the EOC's Driveway.
  • 129 Van Dam St. Saratoga Springs, NY - Saratoga Springs
Pot hole is approx 4 feet or more wide and 1 -2 feet deep ore more. You can't see it when you approach it heading westbaound since it has been flooded with rain and melting snow. It can and will cause damage to vehicles if not repaired. Especially dangerous at night since there are no street lights above it to illuminate the roadway. It was dark when we hit this pot hole so I may not have the exact address but it is within 25 yards either direction of this address. Definately after the intersection of Russel St. and before the intersection of Church St./ Van Dam St. / Van Dorn St.
  • 240 W Circular St @ Blue Streak Boulevard Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs
The caution light at the West Circular Street entrance to the High School has not worked for months and drivers leaving the school property are just blowing the stop sign on School Property and just zooming in front of traffic on West Circular with no regard for anyone's safety. Also students are being allowed off campus to smoke then they tresspass on and trash private propertry 2 -3 doors East of School Property. School administrators need to prohibit students from leaving school grounds during school hours and replace the caution light with a REAL traffic light to ensure better safety on and in the vicinity of the Saratoga Sprigngs High School.
  • 67 - 73 Van Dam St Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs
I get off the bus at Clinton St. & Van Dam daily and have to walk a block or to to get to my destination but the sidewalks are hazardously icy. (Curb cuts at the intersection are unsafe too) Just today I fell on the ice in front of the steps to 73 Van Dam St. I walk as carefully on the ice as I can but these sidewalks are NOT safe. I don't care if these properties are rentals or not. The wners need to take some responsibility and salt/sand/de-ice these sidewalks. If I fall again I will sue the property owner for negligence. What if someone else gets hurt? I left them a note on their mailbox but I am not happy. To many property owners are neglecting to provide safe sidewalks conditions surrounding their property. Check out the sidewalks on Church St. from Bensonhurst to West Ave. a human can barely travel those uncleared sidewalks let alone a person in a wheelchair.
  • Saratoga Springs NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs
Numerous CDTA Bus Stops have just barely been cleared of snow or not at all. Same goes with Handicap Sidewalk Curb Cuts. The property owners in this city are responsible for making sure all sidewalks in front, on sides or in rear of their properties are free from debris and snow. Not everyone walks through the city wearing boots. Also uncleared or minmally cleared sidewalks are not considered handicap accesible therefore wheelchairs can not use them. It does not matter if the property or building is vacant. Law requires property owners to keep these areas clear and safe. If they don't do it then the City should fine them and have DPW clear it then bill the property owners. If you are to cheap to buy a shovel you deserve a bill from the City. If you physically can't clear the way then get someone to do it for you.
