Gravel, trash, and debris in roadway from recent flooding.

Roadway and shoulders on Cartersville St. are littered with trash and debris.

New residents have built a containment area for dogs that constantly bark. Police have been called by numerous neighbors, and the residents have hung black plastic sheets to hide the dogs. This is an absolute eye-sore, and makes the area look trashy. The containment area for the dogs is of incredibly low quality, and has a makeshift pallet doorway. Residents also have two giant drainage pipes that are strewn across the yard.

Household furniture has been on the curb for over 2 weeks.

Property at 121 Old Marietta Rd is collecting aluminum cans in the driveway visible from Old Marietta Rd and McLain st. There is also an old rusted 50 gallon steel drum that has been sitting there for several months.

Property has a blue shed with graffiti on the back that is visible from McLain St. This has been here for about three years, and has been reported to code enforcement, police, city officials, and see click fix, and no one has done anything to correct this. Is anything ever going to be done about this, or does anyone even care? It's been several months since the initial see click fix report, and more than a year since initially reported to code enforcement.

Shoulder of road near 120 McLain street is in need of trimming. There is also trash that has accumulated in the ravine that leads to the storm drain.

There is a white pit bull that is not neutered and appears to be malnourished constantly roaming at large. The dog belongs to the renters on the back left of the properties between 151-171 Cartersville st. Owners of the animal acknowledge that the dog is not eating, and are refusing to seek medical assistance for the animal.

Cartersville street is littered with empty bud light beer cans and miscellaneous debris. Properties at 151-171 have huge piles of the cans collecting on their properties.

There is litter on the shoulders of the road from hwy 140 east all the way up Marietta road. Please pick up trash and debris.

Waste Management trash trucks are dropping trash onto the street and into the storm drains on Mclain, Cartersville, and all adjacent streets, during route. This was previously reported to the city and a representative from Waste Management that handles the city contract assured me that this would not continue. I am tired of picking up the trash, and I'm tired of the trash ending up strewn across my yard. My property is not a "recycling center", as one city official stated, and this is getting ridiculous. I find it appalling that, despite an employee of the city jokingly referring to my property as a "recycling center"- which is pretty offensive and embarrassing- nothing is being done about the trash in this area.

There is a mattress rested against a wall of brush- adjacent to a fence with graffiti on it.

Tire debris has been on the side of the road for weeks.
