Upon informing residents of the water, they showed me a substantial amount of flooding in the living quarters of the home. There are children that live in this home, and I am concerned for their well-being.
This property has been reported in the past, and the home is rapidly deteriorating. The flooded living quarters, broken and unsecured door, and shattered window is not a suitable or safe environment for the young children that reside there, nor should this be considered an acceptable dwelling.
