CDTA, PLEASE turn down the volume of your Public Address System at the Saratoga Springs Train Station. I live over 300 yards away and should NOT be awakened by the National Anthem every day. My neighbors agree and have complained here http://seeclickfix.com/issues/769132-loud-bugling-national-anthem-playing-in-early-morning. There is NO excuse for your public address system being heard over 300 yards away. Please resolve this issue before I have to call City Hall.

It's not CDTA! It's the Naval base on the other side. We live in Travers Manor, and hear it too!
There could be worse things to wake up to, like the sound of a garbage truck, street sweeper, or screaming neighbors at six in the morning!
In a world that seems like humanity has been forgotten, it's kind of nice to hear the National Anthem and not have anyone complain about it, until now!
