Residents at 130 McLain street have started stripping the paint from the exterior of the home. Water run off containing Paint chips and cleaning agents is being directed to the back of the lot, and the home now has boarded up or missing Windows. Landlord is aware, but has not made any noticeable effort to remedy or expedite this situation.
