Wow another fail that something wasn't taken care of. Is anyone ever held accountable for closing issues that haven't really been taken care of?

The good news is that this conduit for communication makes it so easy for us to not only talk with city services but between neighbors on issues that affect us directly.

It's amazing the size of the list of reported (and poorly reported...) issues they have to deal with especially with the number of staff the department has. I'm willing to assume this is a mistake and we'll see it cleaned up on Monday.
