This is one of the first things visitors to the city see. Not a very good first impression... This whole area seems to be very run down and this building is definitely an eye sore.

This building is being repaired. The owners had an agreement with a nonprofit that was contracted to do repairs and bring the building up to code for an outreach to the community. The nonprofit made no repairs, rather further damaged the property and abandoned the project. The owners are now attempting to pay out of pocket to repair the property. Picture of progress below.
