Pennsylvania's 13th congressional district

Trash is being dumped along Fairhope Road. Recently construction trash, tires, old rugs, etc. being dumped into the creek that borders this public hunting land. We need to organize to have the trash picked up and the $5,000 no dumping rule put into effect. All help and advice is appreciated.
