Dear Frustrated,
Here is the guy you want to e-mail & call to seek results from:
FRANK FOSTER
Operations Manager

Phone: (510) 434-5109

Print that on T-Shirts and wear them proudly! ;)
We got the runaround yesterday and lit it up properly-
we got an immediate response and promise to abate the nuisance dumping we had.
They don't follow thru-I have it on good authority dumping will begin outside of Mr. Foster's home and office. Whatever it takes to deliver the message.
Meanwhile, if you report differently-they'll respond differently.
Sadly, being helpful and telling the truth will get you ignored, or as it did with us, BLAMED for the dumping and sent to "CODE ENFORCEMENT" for yet more fun!
IE: this....
Q. Are the dumped materials in the middle of the roadway BLOCKING through traffic in a traffic lane?
A. NO
Needs to say this:
Q. Are the dumped materials in the middle of the roadway BLOCKING through traffic in a traffic lane?

Who told us: 'do not clear the debris from a public thoroughfare, only we must do this'.
Yeah Right!
The City is playing ridiculous games with its bureaucracy and power-as we pay the bill for the under performance in every respect.
And who makes out big time?
Waste (mis) Management
aka: The US Tra$h Mafia
We put these people all on speed dial-squeeky wheels get greased.
