Description

Weeds and debris on 3 vacant lots. Tenant of 815 runs an unpermitted metal recycling business that has been previously reported. The recycling guys cone by each morning with laundry baskets full of metal. As the metal gets sorted, they dump the stuff that they can't recycle on the lot or sidewalk. There are 2-3 old pick up trucks full of the metal that they use to run loads to convert the metal to cash.
